I'm so excited to share my tutorial for the Pebbles blog today. I was fortunate enough to go to the Pebbles Logo Launch party, back in July, and that's why I first saw the Thirty-One line.
Each year, we host a Halloween cookie decorating party for my daughter and her friends, and the Thirty One line has been perfect to create some awesome decor for the occasion.
